Return policy

In the unlikely event that the garment you have purchased can be proved to be damaged or soiled due to the fault of nje, we offer free delivery of returned and regular priced items (non-sale items) within 7 days of you receiving your purchase and once the incorrect size garment has been returned to us, for the lower of:

  • The cost of delivery or
  • 10% of the value of the purchase being returned.

For example, if the value of your purchase is R1,000 and the delivery cost to return it to nje is R99, we will offer free delivery to the value of R99. I.e. the smaller of R99 and R100 which is 10% of R1,000. 

The above free delivery terms are not applicable to returns due to the incorrect size of an item being purchased, if you change your mind about a purchase or in the event the item is damaged while in your person.

Normal priced items may be exchanged for a different size or a different item; if the price of the latter is lower than the price of the originally purchased item, a credit note will be issued to you for use on your next purchase.

Please note that we DO NOT refund purchased items that are returned.

Send us an email to returns@nje.co.za notifying us of your intention to return the garment and we will guide you on the below process of return using only our courier service. 

We will not accept any returns after 7 days of purchase.

In all cases, the returned item must be in its original condition. In other words it must be unworn, unused, and not damaged, with all tags still attached.  Kindly pack your purchase into the originally packaged form to the best of your memory; this is important to ensure the free delivery terms above apply.

Within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s), either, you will receive:

  • A credit note to be used on your next purchase, or
  • The exchanged item you have selected.
