In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we offer free delivery of returned and regular priced items (non-sale items) within 7 days of you receiving your order, for the lower of:
- The cost of delivery or
- 10% of the value of the purchase being returned.
For example, if the value of your purchase is R1,000 and the delivery cost to return it to nje is R63, we will offer free delivery to the value of R63. I.e. the smaller of R63 and R100 which is 10% of R1,000.
The above free delivery terms are not applicable to returns due to the incorrect size of an item being ordered.
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us of your intention to return the garment and we will guide you on the below process of return.
Within the 7 days of receipt, normal priced items may be returned for a refund or may be exchanged for a different size.
Should you return the item after 7 days, the cost of return will unfortunately be for your account. This cost will be communicated to you upon receipt of your email notifying us of your intention to return the order.
You can return your order via SA Post Service or using a courier service of your choice. Please let us know you will be sending us a parcel in advance by emailing email@example.com.
In all cases, the returned item must be in its original condition. In other words it must be unworn, unused, and not damaged, with all tags still attached. Kindly pack your purchase into the originally packaged form to the best of your memory; this is important to ensure the free delivery terms above apply.
Within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s), either:
- The refund amount will be credited to your credit card via Pay Fast or via electronic transfer into your bank account, or
- In the form of a Discount Voucher to be used on your next purchase, and
- You will receive the exchanged item.
